Our hotel, built in the year 1908 in the classic-modern style so typical of the era, has retained its original lineal design and simple architectural elements in spite of additions. The four elements are the key architectural principles for the hotel: FIRE (light & transparency), EARTH (materials and colours), AIR (our rooms have a ceiling height of 3.3 metres) and WATER (fluidity and flowing forms) – coupled with all the technological assets of a modern design hotel. The appeal of the NEMTOI Bar is its exclusive design. Conceived by Ioan Nemtoi, this truly eye-catching glass bar, unique in Vienna, has room dividers made from 4 very striking, red, glass firewalls.

The Levante Parliament is a modern, centrally located design hotel directly behind Vienna’s Town Hall and the Austrian Parliament in the 8th district. Many important sights are within easy walking distance and the Ringstraße Boulevard can be reached within 5 minutes on foot.

This 4-star hotel features a wonderful 400 m² garden area and the Nemtoi Lounge.

The Levante Parliament has a fitness centre and a sauna, which can be used free of charge.
