A friendly temporary home
Hollmann Beletage has a simple basic idea which it does share with many others but which is actually implemented only in very few cases: „Every guest should feel at home, far away from home!“. How is this promise to be kept? There are some essential conditions, starting with the size of the hotel: only 25 rooms and 1 suite in a neat, noble house that was built in the 19th century - in the heart of Vienna"s old town - individually accommodates a maximum of 60 guests.

Surrounded by the historic buildings of Vienna's inner city, the Hollmann Beletage Design & Boutique Hotel is a boutique hotel offering air conditioning and sauna.

Located within a 2-minute walking distance from St. Stephen’s Cathedral, 3 minutes from the famous shopping streets Kärntner Strasse and Graben and 10 minutes from the State Opera.

The Schwedenplatz Underground Station and tram stops are a 4-minute away and the Stephansplatz Underground Station is a 7-minute away. The hotel is also only a 20-minute drive from the airport.
